Faith Formation: A Journey of Faith, Service, and Friendship
Welcome to the Adventure!
Here at St. Vincent de Paul, we believe that faith is an active journey of love and service. We are thrilled to partner with your family as we guide our young people to become joyful disciples of Jesus Christ—learning about His incredible love and putting that love into action by serving others, just as our patron taught us.
Our programs are a place to plant the seeds of a lifelong faith, where our children and youth can build lasting friendships and grow closer to the heart of God.
The Journey of the Sacraments
The sacraments are the heart of our Catholic life. We are honored to walk with your family as you prepare for these grace-filled encounters with Christ.
First Reconciliation: The Embrace of a Merciful Father
The Sacrament of Reconciliation is a beautiful and gentle introduction to the freedom and peace of God's complete forgiveness. It is a loving conversation where a child learns they can always talk to God about their mistakes and feel the incredible joy of a fresh start. This powerful encounter with God’s mercy prepares their hearts to be more loving and merciful to others.
First Holy Communion: Food for Our Journey
First Holy Communion is the incredible moment when our children are first welcomed to the Lord's Table to receive the Eucharist. This sacrament is the spiritual food that strengthens all of us for a life of discipleship and charity, filling us with the grace to be Christ's hands and feet in the world.
Join the Adventure! Registration is Now Open!
We invite you to register your child or teen for the 2025-2026 program year. Our two-year sacramental preparation journey for First Reconciliation and First Eucharist typically begins in the first grade, but it is NEVER too late to begin! We welcome and encourage all families to join us.
You can download the registration form from our website or pick one up at the parish office.

Be a Guide on the Journey: An Invitation to Serve
Are you looking for a powerful way to live out your own discipleship? Our Faith Formation program is powered by the generosity of volunteers who share their faith with the next generation. You don't need to be a theologian—just someone with a love for the Lord and a desire to help our children grow.
This is a joyful and rewarding ministry that makes a profound impact.
