A Journey of Faith Begins
Welcome! Here at St. Vincent de Paul, we believe that faith is an active journey, not just a subject to be learned. Our Faith Formation programs are designed to guide our young people as they become joyful disciples of Jesus Christ—learning about His love and putting that love into action by serving others, just as our patron taught us. We are excited to partner with your family for a new year of growing together!
First Holy Communion: The Food for Our Journey
First Holy Communion is the beautiful moment when our children are first welcomed to the Lord's Table to receive the Eucharist. This sacrament is the spiritual food that strengthens all of us for a life of discipleship and charity. As we prepare our children for this incredible gift, we help them understand that in receiving Jesus, they are being filled with His grace so they can go out and be His hands and feet in the world.
Our Programs: Learn, Serve, Grow (2025-2026)
We offer engaging programs for all ages, designed to help our youth build a strong foundation of faith and friendship.
- Elementary Faith Formation (Grades K-5): A vibrant community where children plant the seeds of faith through engaging stories, creative activities, and an introduction to serving others.
- Sacramental Preparation: A two-year journey where families prepare together for the powerful graces of First Reconciliation (Confession) and First Holy Communion, typically celebrated in the second grade.
- Youth Ministry (Middle & High School): A dynamic group for our teens to tackle real-life questions, build authentic friendships, and put their faith into powerful action through service projects and social events.

Be a Guide on the Journey: An Invitation to Serve
Are you looking for a powerful way to live out your own discipleship? We are actively seeking catechists (teachers) and volunteers to help guide our young people. You don't need to be a theologian—just someone with a love for the Lord and a desire to share your faith with the next generation.
