Come Sing for your Health & Wellness

Our Singing Solutions seminars help members process grief and trauma. Our six week program invites us to move, breathe, and sing together, and offers music tools to stay connected to your feelings within a framework of safety. 

No experience required! Everyone is welcome!

Sing Solutions will take place on Thursdays from August 28 - October 9, 2025, from 5:30-6:45 PM
